Delivery & Payment

Flooring, door and large accessory orders

We offer free delivery on orders over £750 excl. VAT to mainland UK addresses.  A delivery fee of £50 excl. VAT will be charged on orders under £750 excl. VAT.  These delivery fees apply to flooring, door and large accessory orders (skirting boards, architraves, door frames, linings, beads and trims).  A surcharge may apply. 

Small accessory orders

A delivery fee of £10 excl. VAT will be charged on small accessory orders (door furniture, floor finishes and glues) delivered to mainland UK addresses.   

Floor samples

Floor samples are available for delivery to mainland UK addresses.  A delivery fee of £5 excl. VAT will be charged for each floor sample ordered.

Delivery times

Delivery on our stock items is 2 – 7 working days. 

Delivery on bespoke items, such as special, made to measure doors, is up to 8 weeks.

You will be advised of the exact delivery time upon receipt of your order.  Someone must be available to receive the goods at the time of delivery.

Payment options

The prices on our website exclude VAT, which will be applied at the checkout stage of payment.

We accept most major credit cards.  You can order securely online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Payment is made through the Google Checkout secure e-payments facility.  You can also order over the phone by calling 01609 751110 or in store at one of our showrooms.
